Bill Lambert: Nearly five decades of building — products, markets, organizations, and the people who lead them.
For nearly five decades I've worked in the North American architectural window, door, curtain wall, and building products industry — in sales, marketing, executive leadership, business development, and strategic advisory. Over those years I've worked alongside manufacturers, fabricators, distributors, installers, architects, developers, and owners across nearly every sector of the industry.
More recently my work has expanded internationally, helping European manufacturers understand and enter the North American market — bridging the technical, cultural, and commercial differences that so often prevent long-term success. That experience, across both corporate leadership and independent advisory, became something larger: The Strategic Master Builder™.

I don't measure that experience by the years. I measure it by what I learned about how businesses actually get built — and how often they're built without a framework.
A sample of the work, described by situation rather than by name.
European Market Entry Strategy
Built a North American market strategy for European manufacturers entering the U.S. building products market, aligning engineering, certification, distribution, positioning, and sales development into a practical long-term growth plan.
Business Transformation
Worked with leadership teams to identify structural weaknesses across sales, estimating, operations, marketing, and customer relationships — redefining priorities and improving alignment before pursuing growth.
Sales & Distribution Development
Created strategic sales-growth initiatives by building distributor networks, strengthening manufacturer relationships, and moving organizations from transactional selling toward long-term market development.
Executive Advisory
Served as a trusted advisor to owners and executive leadership through periods of growth, restructuring, and market expansion.
Every engagement is led personally by me. When a project calls for it, trusted specialists may be brought in — but I remain responsible for the outcome, start to finish.
